Pro/Con argument of experience and knowledge

The pros and cons of experience and knowledge are important thing. So I will describe to pro of experience and con of knowledge.

Experience is skills that occur from action. So when someone has much experience, what will be advantage to him or her?  They will get much confidence and spunk in their mind, when they will do something. Experience will be useful for them. But experience still divides into many kinds. So experience is gathering knowledge or skill of something.


   
And in addition, knowledge is good thing, but con of knowledge can be taken to wrong way. For example; killer, murder, bandit, and so on. Knowledge has a little advantage and it can be confidence when we have some trouble to face. My opinion experience has much advantage because of its dare us to do something.
