The pros and cons of experience and knowledge are important thing. So I will describe to pro of experience and con of knowledge.
Experience is skills that occur from action. So when someone has much experience, what will be advantage to him or her? They will get much confidence and spunk in their mind, when they will do something. Experience will be useful for them. But experience still divides into many kinds. So experience is gathering knowledge or skill of something.
