is the ingredients that there are the following 1. Minced raw beef ½ dish 2. Chili powder 2 tsp 3. Spring onion and coriander 4. Hot chili 5. Cucumber and yard long bean 6.oil 7. Shallots 8. Fish sauce 9. Lemon 10. Tamarind juice 11. Seasoning powder .And then the second step is the methods of cooking. Firstly, to chop a beef meticulously. Secondly, to wash Scallions, corianders and cut into pieces, Pluck out the chili stem. Thirdly, to put the wok down on the stove and add the vegetable oil, after that to wait for around two or three minutes for hot oil. And then to pour down the onion gently, to put hot chili and beef for mixing with chili powder and add a little water down for well done. Fourthly, when it’s well done to pour the fish sauce, tamarind juice, and sprinkle Seasoning powder, Shallots, and finally pick cucumber and yard long bean up into the dish of beef salad.
So all the things these are methods of cooking a beef salad, which I like to eat them. It’s good for physical health. And I am passionate tastes of Thai beef salad. Because there are diversified seasoning.
